Standard delivery is £4.90 within the UK mainland.

UK deliveries are free for orders over £150.

We aim to process and post standard orders within 4-5 working days. You should expect to receive your order within 2-3 working days of posting. 

As a one-woman team behind I&R, who frequently travels for my day job, I am unable to guarantee quicker timelines but will fulfil every order as quickly as I can.  

As soon as we receive an order, we aim to dispatch the items as quickly as we can. Should you need to make an changes to a new order, email us at info@ivyandrigg.com as soon as possible and will we do all we can to assist.  

If you require an exchange or return, please contact us stating your name and order details within 14 days of receiving your order. Before returning an item please have a quick read through our Returns Policy.
