The history behind the name An unspolit area of rolling hills, majestic views and elusive wildlife, the Cheviot Hills are the spot to find untamed magic outdoors. The Cheviot itself is the Northumberland’s highest point. The picturesque patchwork of farmland tells a story of history.
To add a little luxury to our charming British-made woollies, each one arrives safely tucked into a recycled cotton drawstring bag. Keep the moths at bay and store it inside, or repurpose in some way at home. Each jumper is finished off with bespoke organic labels made in the UK, hand sewn in by our seamstress in rural Northumberland.
Country of Production Great Britain
Material 100% pure British wool. As a natural fibre, variances within the wool and subtle aroma are expected - adding a light sprinkling of talcum powder is a home trick for reducing this (we recommend researching for more in-depth guidance).
Sizing Relaxed fit. Models wear S. See our size guide for specific measurements.
Care Advice Wool must be cared for and washed carefully, but the great news is our woollies can be machine washed in modern washing machines. Find out more here. Please read and follow the instructions on the care label to love this jumper and keep it thriving for years.

The history behind the name A gloriously wide sandy beach that seems to stretch for miles into the distance. Adding to this peaceful haven, the majestic ruins of Dunstanburgh Castle dramatically overlook the coastline. Embracing a feeling of remoteness, the ancient village of Embleton, within 1 mile, promises a quaint walk through history. A proven gem, in 2017 BBC’s Countryfile Magazine readers voted it the best beach in the UK.

Bought for my daughter, she loves it.
Feels like a jumper that will last me years, comfy and love the stripes.
Love stripes, quality and fit. Found Ivy & Rigg at a local fair, very friendly and amazing ethos. It feels great to support such a great small business.
Quality is fantastic and brilliant service.
Love the bold stripes. Fantastic quality and the wool has softened quickly since I never take it off. Will be back for more.

The history behind the name Northumberland’s iconic landmark and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Hadrian’s Wall is entwined across the county’s most rustic lands. History is seeped within every inch, with small castles, ancient templates and crumbling forts. There is no shortage of scenic spots to observe blazing sunsets for added magic from the here and now. My family’s history is intertwined with it, from my Grandad’s small cottage, to the fields my families flock of sheep graze. The infamous tree which inspired the Rigg in our name also lies here.

I received the jumper very quickly despite the December rush. It came in its own cloth bag and fitted me perfectly. It’s so nice I will order another.
Bought for my wife from Hexham Abbey, she's delighted. Hoping to get one in return !
Couldn't have asked for a better Christmas present, two months of wear and I love it more than ever.
Cosiest jumper ever, really good quality.
