🎄 Christmas Markets

We are delighted to be attending a number of Christmas Markets across our home county in the lead up to Christmas:

Northumbrian Christmas Fair - The Sill - 20th & 21st November, 10am-4pm.

Hexham Abbey Christmas Fair -  27th November & 11th December, 9am-3pm.

We look forward to seeing you there! 

 

🎄 Recommended Christmas Delivery Dates 2021*

Please prevent disappointment and order early. Ongoing COVID restrictions mean recommended last posting dates are subject to possible delays and change.

 

Standard UK Delivery  - orders placed by 12pm Monday 20th December for guaranteed dispatch on Monday 20th December (exclusive of pre-orders)

Next Day Delivery - orders placed by 8am Tuesday 21st December for guaranteed dispatch on Tuesday 21st December (exclusive of pre-orders)

*Recommended last posting dates for Christmas delivery are in line with official Royal Mail guidance. Ivy & Rigg does not hold responsibility for packages dispatched in line with the above mentioned dates which do not arrive in time for Christmas.

🎄 Complimentary Gift Voucher

Orders placed between 8th November - 22st December 2021 will receive a complimentary Gift Voucher. Please allow 48 hours for your voucher to arrive electronically to the email address or phone number the order was placed with. Any orders placed during this period which are returned in full will have the gift voucher revoked if unspent.

Gift vouchers must be used by Sunday 13th February 23:59 to be redeemed. 

 

🎄 Extended Christmas Returns

Orders placed from the 22nd November 2021 are eligible for return or exchange up until 9th January 2021 under the condition that they comply with our Returns and Exchanges Policy. Please contact us to authorise your return by then.
